Members of The Graces Society earn 5 points per completed stay, regardless of length. Points are credited after departure and only for stays paid in full. Cancelled or non-arrived reservations earn nothing.

Membership is free, earns 5 points a stay and 1% off every booking. These are the conditions under which points become nights.

100 points redeem for one complimentary night in a one-bedroom residence at any residence or hotel in The Graces collection. Points cannot be part-redeemed against a paid night and hold no cash value.
Issuing a voucher
Once your balance reaches the redemption threshold, reception issues a voucher with a unique code and an expiry date. The voucher, not the points balance, is what is presented at booking.
Validity
Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and must be redeemed for a stay that both begins and ends within that period. Expired vouchers cannot be reinstated or re-credited as points.
Availability & blackout
Redemption is subject to availability at the time of booking and is limited to one complimentary night per reservation. Vouchers may not be used on public holidays or during house-wide private events; reception will confirm dates when the voucher is issued.
What is covered
A voucher covers the residence rate for one night only. Food delivery, laundry, ticketed social sessions, taxes and levies remain payable and are added to your invoice.
Transfer
Vouchers are issued in the member's name and are not transferable, resaleable or exchangeable for cash. The member must be one of the two guests in residence for the redeemed night.
Combination
The 1% member discount applies to paid nights only and does not stack on a redeemed night. One voucher may be applied per reservation.
Amendment & forfeiture
A redeemed night may be moved once, free of charge, up to 48 hours before arrival, subject to availability. Later changes or non-arrival forfeit the voucher. The collection may vary these terms, as published at thegraces.africa, with notice to members by email; changes do not affect vouchers already issued.
