Reservation details (name, email, arrival and departure dates, number of guests and any notes you add), membership details (name, email, points balance and session sign-ups) and any message you send us through the contact form.
To confirm and service your stay, to issue your invoice, to keep your membership points and benefits accurate, to allocate places at social sessions, and to answer your enquiries.
Reservation and membership details you create on this site are stored in your own browser on this device so your booking and points are available when you return. Details you send to our reservations desk by email are held in our email systems.
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with people who need it to deliver your stay — our reception and housekeeping team, and our payment and email providers acting on our instructions.
Reservation records are kept for as long as needed to service the stay and meet accounting obligations. Membership records are kept while your membership is active. You may ask us to delete either at any time.
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Clearing your browser storage removes the reservation and membership data held on this device.
We use only what the site needs to work — your language choice and your booking or membership state. We do not run advertising trackers.
