Arriving at The Graces
Upon arrival, our team or estate security will assist you with the check-in process and access to your residence. Please ensure that all required guest information and identification have been provided where applicable.
You are responsible for the safe custody of your keys, access cards, access codes and other access devices issued to you. Lost or damaged access devices may attract a replacement charge.
On arrival, we encourage you to familiarise yourself with the residence, including the location and operation of appliances, electrical fittings, emergency exits and other essential facilities. During your stay
Housekeeping
Your residence is serviced three (3) to five (5) times per week depending on your location. You may confirm your schedule with your Residence Manager.
For your privacy and security, housekeeping personnel and estate security staff are engaged strictly for their assigned duties and should not be requested to undertake personal errands, shopping, transportation, cash handling or other private services.
