Where it all began. The Dawn is our original Abuja residence — four serviced one-bedroom apartments tucked in the heart of Jahi, designed for guests who want a quiet, self-sufficient base with all the comforts of home.
Each residence features an open kitchenette, a dedicated writing and dining desk, and in-unit laundry. It also has Elevator access, regular housekeeping, high-speed internet and uninterrupted power, backed by round-the-clock support from our on-site staff and a dedicated apartment manager.
